Northwest Bradenton

Northwest Bradenton is defined by a precise geography: west of 26th Street West and north of Manatee Avenue West, ZIP 34209. Bordered by the Manatee River to the north, Palma Sola Bay to the west, and Robinson Preserve to the northwest, this is one of the most naturally beautiful residential areas on the entire Gulf Coast mainland.

The area is characterized by large lots, mature canopy, waterfront estates along the Manatee River and Warner’s Bayou, and a mix of mid-century character homes and custom new builds. It is private, quiet, and highly sought after — with some of Bradenton’s highest home values. Robinson Preserve and GT Bray Park provide world-class outdoor recreation directly from the neighborhood. Anna Maria Island is a five-minute drive.

The Loop
